1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services provided through the gazla.co platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

gazla.co is a platform that brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders in the startup ecosystem. All services provided through the Platform are governed by these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Platform. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for account security
• You cannot share your account with others
• You must immediately notify us if you notice any suspicious activity
• You must be over 18 years old

3. Platform Usage

When using the Platform, you must comply with the following rules:

• You must act in accordance with laws and regulations
• You must respect the rights of other users
• You must not share misleading, deceptive, or false information
• You must not distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
• You must not compromise the security of the Platform
• You must not infringe intellectual property rights

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You must own the copyright or have the authority to use the content you share on the Platform (startup information, product descriptions, images, etc.).

You are responsible for the content you share. gazla.co is not responsible for content shared by users.

The Platform's design, logo, software, and other elements are the intellectual property of gazla.co and cannot be used without written permission.

5. Ventures and Investments

gazla.co is not an investment advisory platform. The Platform:

• Does not provide investment advice
• Does not guarantee investment returns
• Does not guarantee the success of ventures
• Is not a party to agreements between users

All investment decisions are the responsibility of users. You should conduct necessary research and seek professional advice if needed before investing.

6. Premium Services and Payments

Some premium features are offered for a fee on the Platform. For premium services:

• Check service details and pricing before making payment
• Payments are made through secure payment providers
• Our refund policy is specified separately
• Subscription payments may renew automatically

7. Marketplace & Creator Payouts

gazla.co is a marketplace platform where users can send financial support (gifts) to content creators (Creators). In this context:

• A 25% platform commission is deducted from gifts sent by users, and the remaining 75% is added to the Creator's balance
• Creators have the status of independent contractors and there is no employer-employee relationship with the Platform
• Creators must reach the minimum withdrawal amount set by the Platform to withdraw their balance
• New earnings are subject to a holding period
• Payments are made via Wise to the Creator's specified bank account
• An invoice is automatically generated by the Platform for each payment
• Creators are obligated to declare their income in accordance with the tax legislation of their country of residence
• The Platform may share information with tax authorities when legally required (DAC7 reporting, etc.)

8. Account Suspension and Termination

gazla.co reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security of the Platform.

Users may also close their accounts at any time. When an account is closed, user data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

gazla.co is not responsible for direct or indirect damages, data loss, or business loss arising from the use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is". No guarantee is given that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Changes

gazla.co reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Important changes will be notified to users. Continuing to use the Platform after changes are published means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
